Jamie Joheim (she, they) is a multi-instrumentalist who resides in Little Rock, AR. She earned her music education degree from Ouachita Baptist University with a principal in trumpet in 1997. While at OBU, she studied trumpet with Dr. Craig Hamilton and Dr. Doug Lockard and theory with Dr. Francis McBeth. She rang in the handbell choir under Mr. Russell Hodges. She has performed both solo and in ensembles for numerous churches in Arkansas as well as at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Active in the theater community, Ms. Joheim has played for musicals such as “A Chorus Line”, “Ragtime”, “Memphis”, “9 to 5”, and “Oklahoma”. She is the Parish Organist and Associate Music Director at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Little Rock where she conducts the handbell choir.
